One Piece Chapter 1052 spoiler reveals that news of Kaido's defeat reached the Marines HQ and they dispatched one of the Admirals to sort out the situation.
Chapter 1052 spoilers have been released, courtesy of Etenboby from the WG Forums. According to the leak, the Marines sent Green Bull (Ryokugyu) to Wano's land.
Keep in mind that he reached his rank during the two-year jump period. Ryokugyu and Fujitoro filled the Admiral's vacancies after Akainu became Chief Admiral and Aokiji left the Marines.
This may be the first time we see Ryokugyu as we still don't know what he looks like and what evil powers he possesses. Next week we have the new Straw Hat bounties.
