Famous Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moosewala Died in Mansa Village

Famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala died on Sunday in the village of Jawaharpur in the Mansa district of Punjab, ABP News sources said. Three people were taken to the hospital, of which Sidhu Moose Wala was dead. After providing primary care, the two were injured to a higher institution for further treatment, said Ranjeet Rai, a civilian surgeon at Mansa Hospital, quoted by the ANI news agency.

Sidhu Moosewala attacked the Punjab Assembly elections on a ticket to the Mansa Congress and was defeated by AAP candidate Vijay Singla with a huge lead of 63,000 votes. Vijay Singla was recently fired by Punjabi CM Bhagwant Mann on corruption charges.

Sidhu Moosewala caused a scandal last month after targeting Aam Aadmi and her supporters in his latest song "Scapegoat". In his song, the singer allegedly called the AAP supporters "gaddar".

Hailing from the village of Moosa in Mansa District, Punjab, he began his career with a duet called "G Wagon". In 2018, he released his debut album PBX 1, which peaked at number 66 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart. In addition, his single "47" appeared in the UK Singles Chart. In 2020, Sidhu was named by The Guardian as one of the top 50 new artists.
