Rapper Lil Keed died aged 24 by his brother to show emotional tribute
Lil Keed, a budding rapper who has signed with YSL record label Young Thug, is reportedly dead.
His brother, artist Lil Gotit, shared a heartbreaking message on social media.
Lil Keed, real name Raqhid Render, leaves behind a little daughter Naychur.
Several people affiliated with YSL and Lil Keed have reported his death on social media, including his real brother Lil Got It. In a message from his brother on the Instagram Store, he wrote: "Why are you giving me a bra, why are you leaving a bra" and then crying emoticons. Young Scooter also confirmed Lil Keeds' death by releasing her IG Stories tag "Rest kid love your little bra."
It is not confirmed how he died. That's good news for his family. The cause of his death has not yet been confirmed.
Born on March 16, 1998 in Atlanta, Georgia, Lil Keed worked briefly for Subway and McDonald's as a teenager before entering the music industry.
Lil Keed, the sixth of seven children, has signed a contract with Young Thug YSL (Young Stoner Life) and 300 Entertainment.
In 2018, he and his younger brother Lil Gotit - real name Semaja Render - appeared in rapper Lil Uzi Verta's song Heavy Meta.
