Split Face Diving Waterfall Accident Video Goes Viral On Twitter
A 16-year-old boy falls on the waterfront in the Lebanese capital Beirut after slipping before jumping. His slip causes him to miss the sea and, at second glance, causes a riot in the town below where anglers are fishing.
He slaps the fabric in the face and then falls face down into the sea. There are individuals and boats in the water trying to help the man, and young girls are screaming everywhere.
The scene then moves to a clinic where a group of specialists and medical assistants really focus on a poor man. His face was cut in half, tight in the middle!
He is still alive, conscious, breathing and his tongue is moving. He looks scared. The specialist grabs the sides of his face and squeezes a few times to restore him. "Where do I start?" asks the specialist a few times in Arabic.
The episode took place in Beirut on the second seven days of June 2009. The teenager and his siblings showed off their diving skills by diving at the Manara Promenade on Beirut's waterfront opposite the American University.
