A Facebook account called Glynn County Citizens on Patrol posted an image of four children posing around Trent, who appears to be lying unconscious in a chair, his head cocked to one side while covered in substances and things.
The picture appears to have been taken on Snapchat. The boy behind him in the picture is raising his middle finger towards the camera.
Also posted on the same Facebook page was a 10-second video clip showing Trent Lehrkamp sitting in a chair, again with his head down and a hose pointed at him.
