Norah Bruther of New Jersey died in a car crash Saturday morning in Scottsdale. Stanley Lambert, an Arizona State University football player, was behind the car that hit them.
Norah Bruther was hit by the car of 22-year-old Sun Devils defenseman Stanley Lambert. He is accused of killing a 23-year-old woman while she was driving drunk. Norah from New Jersey was visiting Scottsdale but turned out to be the last.
Norah Bruther is a 23-year-old woman from New Jersey who visited Scottsdale and stayed in the neighborhood where the accident happened. She was shot at around 1:30 a.m. near Camelback and Miller Roads and died of her injuries.

Lambert is a senior red jersey defenseman for San Antonio. The incident was reported to Arizona State University. Lambert was arrested and taken to Scottsdale City Jail with a DUI count with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher, police said. During the investigation, Lambert was released.
Police say they are awaiting lab results and further charges could be laid. Lambert has had two serious traffic accidents in the past year, but this is the first time he's been the driver.
